We are opening an opportunity for an Operations Processor in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The role is pivotal in our operations department, bridging the gap between raw data and operational processes. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and will primarily be based in an office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret raw data to identify trends, delays, and potential improvements.
• Implement effective process improvements and change management strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis to understand the underlying reasons for operational issues.
• Collaborate with various teams and individuals, including interacting with senior management in executive meetings.
• Utilize software tools such as Dimensional Insights for tracking appointments and operational metrics.
• Monitor operational performance and take necessary actions to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain and update operational records and reports.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
• Oversee the implementation of operational plans and procedures.
• Act as a catalyst for organizational change, promoting an analytical and process improvement-oriented culture.
• Proven experience in operational processes and procedures.
• Proficient in daily operations management and organizational change management.
• Demonstrated ability in audit operational activities and operational oversight.
• Strong knowledge of operational metrics, objectives, and performance.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational plans and policies.
• Skilled in service operations and field operations.
• Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA).
• Familiarity with business operations and development operations.
• Strong skills in operational reporting and maintaining operational procedures.
• Ability to handle organizational changes and execute change management strategies effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using software tools and applications related to operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certification in operations management would be a plus.
