- Support Board Relations: Coordinate all activities related to the Board of Trustees and committee meetings, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment with board priorities.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive senior leadership experience within commercial, non-profit, or government environments, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and overseeing diverse non-clinical functions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in facilities management, construction oversight, security, human resources, and communications within complex, multi-functional organizations. Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings is a plus.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations, budget planning, and capital allocation for large-scale projects, with the capacity to guide executive-level decision-making.
- Board and Stakeholder Relations: Proven experience in engaging with Board of Trustees and senior stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and aligning organizational strategies with governance priorities.
