• Operate and set up Surface Grinder for metal grinding
• Read blueprints
• Inspect own work using various inspection tools
• Maintain Quality and Production Standards
• Perform secondary operations as required
• Work with Engineering to support product development
• Incorporate Lean Manufacturing Processes into daily activities
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
• Willing to work overtime

What will help you thrive in this role?

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of Metal Grinding experience.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Advanced math skills.
• Must be able to physically lift 35 lbs.
