Job Overview
In this role you will build and maintain relationships with our international customer base and intercompany partners. You will organize and prepare commercial and technical proposals, provide pre and post purchase support, and review and manage customer orders. Key responsibilities include: technical service, price quotation, commercial terms management, export documentation management, and providing support to various teams and customers for product needs. You will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. In addition, you will research and resolve accounts receivable issues related to returns, credits, warranties, and order holds.
A Day In The Life
  • Own a set of international accounts or territories with the objective or providing outstanding customer service and working to actively increase business in the regions.
  • Review quotation requests promptly and secure competitive feedback.
  • Organize and review all bids with special, non-standard, requirements and negotiate suitable and agreeable terms and properly modified products.
  • Work as a liaison between engineering, marketing, field sales, and our customers regarding product requirements, applications, and issues.
  • Prepare export documentation for timely shipments.
  • Develop an in depth understanding of Hubbell product offerings and ensure offers are aligned with customer requirements.
  • Develop close, cooperative, relationships with our customer base as well as internal process functions.
  • Review and organize international intercompany requests and orders to ensure that we are properly supporting the other locations. ]
  • Order management from entry, through potential issues, delivery, and post-purchase support.
What will help you thrive in this role?
BA/BS 1-3yrs customer service or sales experience is preferred or related fields in retail, logistics, sales, supply chain or engineering
. We are looking for skillsets in the following areas:
