Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Professional's. As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities that are in in need by helping them with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
All Requirements must be met.

Have a valid CPR and 1st aid certification
Experience or willingness to learn how to use adaptive equipment such as hoyers.
Ability and willingness to interact with individuals with disabilities
Proficiency in the written and spoken English Language
Ability and willingness to safely transfer and transport clients as needed.
Ability to work independently in clients homes
Willingness to work in homes that may have pets.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have reliable transportation, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent ,
Social Security Card and Birth Certificate
Authorization to work in the United States.

We are professional, inclusive, supportive, and our goal is to provide quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental, and physical disabilities. We are seeking quality DSP's for Mahoning and Trumbull County to help support our individuals who need assistance.
Some Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, community integration, and other activities.
- Provide support for individuals as outline by service plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals by following established protocols and procedures
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities
- Clear and effective communication and documentation practices
- Respect and uphold the rights of clients and advocacy

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
