G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Dispatcher operations in Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).
Position: Dispatcher
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: AM

The Dispatcher Agent isresponsible coordinating communications to the cabin service agent team and management as well as updates / notifications between the Client and employees. Ensures all data is recorded according to company procedures.
What does Dispatcher do?

• Operate multiple system, switchboards and phones simultaneously
• Must know how to work multiple computer and phone systems
• Must be quick with disseminating information to appropriate personnel
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Perform at a high and accurate level when answering phone system and distributing information
• Continuously gather updated information to ensure proper delivery in a timely manner

What skills are required to Join the Team?

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
• Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation

Language Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
• Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
