Bath Fitter, the Nation’s #1 independently owned Bathroom Remodeling Company, is seeking a qualified individual for our Event Manager position. In this role, you will execute marketing strategies to meet organizational lead-generation and sales objectives, as well as manages and coordinates marketing staff and activities. The Event Manager also supports all corporate communications, community relations and public affairs efforts. Must be able to drive with a trailer or willing to learn. Responsibilities: * Identify retail and outside event venues for product displays * Coordinate and assist with set up and tear down of displays at events * Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a staff of marketing professionals * Promote market growth and profitability by generating interest in our product line * Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects * Monitor, review and report on event marketing activity and results * Ensure employees are aware of changes and projects within the company, and appropriate news about the company is disseminated externally in a timely manner Qualifications: Business development mindset * Entrepreneurial ambitions * Passion for management and leadership role * Sales experience is a plus, but not required * Coordinate and manage local company events and functions with local staff as required * Self-starter * Strong written/oral communications and leadership skills * Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines * Positive attitude, ability to thrive under pressure and work with a team * Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits: * Salary plus generous Bonus plan * Full Benefits package: medical, dental, vision plans available * 401K * Tremendous growth potential * Company vehicle * Company cellphone Job Type: Full-time
