Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Executive Assistant for a six-eight week duration. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior executives with day-to-day operations, including correspondence, scheduling, administrative tasks and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel, conferences, making appointments, and making necessary changes to appointments.
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, handling issues, and providing general information.
Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, such as Power Point slides, spreadsheets, etc.
Handle confidential documents and maintain the utmost discretion.
Collaborating with other administrative and support staff.
Assist with special projects as assigned by the executive team.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Solid understanding of office management systems and procedures.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
