Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on various financial products, including insurance and investment options.
  • Develop customized financial plans that align with clients' objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about market trends and changes in the financial landscape to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Sales experience, particularly in insurance sales or retail sales, is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and telemarketing techniques can be advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client success.

Pay: $74,641.00 - $227,278.00 per year
