Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for a Formation Operator. Responsible for the efficient running of Formation on 3rd shift within the Bennington, VT manufacturing location.

Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts.

Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for a Formation Operator. Responsible for the efficient running of Formation on 3rd shift within the Bennington, VT manufacturing location.
Job Location:
Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts.
What you will be doing:
- Performing chemical preparation materials used in the manufacturing process
- Working with a variety of automatic and semi auto machines and equipment, while following process specifications at all times; immerse into solution tanks for prescribed time and remove all at completion cycle
- Read meters and perform math calculations and adhere to specific instructions
- Makes minor but sensitive changeovers and set ups with required extreme accuracy
- Visually inspects parts for conformance to specifications and records data on lot traveler ticket Communicate process specifics/issues to Engineers/Technicians
- Previous manufacturing experience helpful.
- May have occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals that fall below acceptable limits as established by current government standards
- Adheres to company quality and safety requirements
- Must wear required PPE
