We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the industry located in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including posting daily bank deposits, assisting with inventory projects, and supporting the Accounts Receivables process. This role will require you to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting remote bank deposits on a daily basis.
• Take part in the Quarter 4 inventory project in collaboration with the warehouse team.
• Acknowledge and verify product items and lists with precision.
• Conduct reconciliation of ledger and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Create and modify complex charts and spreadsheets as required.
• Carry out administrative tasks such as routing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing support to the Warehouse Manager and CFO.
• Uphold an organized and tidy workspace to promote efficiency and productivity.
• Support the Accounts Receivables process by accurately processing and recording transactions.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.

• At least 1 year of experience in an inventory clerk role or similar position
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Skilled in auditing operations and procedures related to inventory management
• Ability to generate precise charts and graphs for data presentation
• Experience in performing clerical duties with attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry tasks with high accuracy rate
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and data analysis
• Knowledge in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Account Reconciliation
• Experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the job, including lifting, moving, and managing inventory items
• Knowledge of inventory software or related tools is a plus
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding inventory management
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
