Position Summary:
RS Hanline is seeking an office clerk to work in our Cedar Rapids location. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 7am – 3:30pm
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors
Check in inbound and outbound drivers
Assign drivers to doors and prepare paperwork.
Sign/Date bill of lading (BOL) and review for discrepancies.
Process receiving of Inbound loads using WMS and attaching documentation.
Verify loads shipped in full, process BOLs, document driver packets and update outbound load sheet
Prepare next day shipping documentation – Outbound driver packets, TTR’s and pick sheets.
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
Assist with employee parties
Office cleaning duties
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
