• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's cloud and systems infrastructure supporting operational technology.

• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks or issues, and proactively implement solutions to optimize performance and ensure high availability.

• Implement and manage monitoring tools to oversee system performance, identify issues, and implement necessary measures to optimize system performance and reliability.

• Conduct regular system backups, audits, and testing to ensure business continuity.

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for escalated infrastructure issues.

• Investigate and resolve complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors as needed.

• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and develop preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, applying them to enhance performance, reliability, and security.

• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

• Prepare regular reports on infrastructure performance, security incidents, and other relevant metrics.

• On-call availability may be required to respond to emergency situations.

• Location: Any STACK data center site

• Travel: Domestic travel up to 10%

• Compensation: 140,000 - 150,000 + bonus

• Must pass comprehensive background screening

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or related field preferred.

• 5-7 years’ experience as an infrastructure and cloud engineer in an enterprise or data center setting

• 5+ years’ experience with on-premises IT infrastructure, AWS and Azure

• Working understanding of operational technology instrumentation, control and HMI platforms

• Data center or industrial experience a plus.
