The Rental Car Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of Rental Car Cleaners and Drivers.

Pay: 16.25/per hour - Weekly Pay

Schedule: Tuesday and Saturday evenings, additional hours based on business needs

The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data

Basic Qualifications:

Must be 21 Years of Age or Older
Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

1 Year Prior Lead or Supervisory Experience

Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions to nearest highway, destination, etc.
Reports safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor and appropriate department(s), following documented procedures
Follows all company and department safety policies and procedures as outlined in department-specific procedures or manuals
Immediately reports any incidents or claims to Operations Manager
Performs pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions to adherence to prescribed client and safety standards
