IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division, seeking Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager to support Hi-Tech Campus in Hillsboro, OR.

Job Summary

Oversees all aspects of electrical commercial projects from commencement to completion
Manages projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements
Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy
Represents company in project meetings and assists in labor negotiations, strategy meetings
Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintains good relationship with clients
Travel as required

Qualifications

Electrical Construction Management Degree and/or Electrical/wireman apprenticeship graduate or current/prior licensed Journeyman/Project-General Foreman with field experience
5 or more years’ experience as commercial electrical construction project manager with Hi-Tech electrical project management and estimating experience.
Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check.
