Regional Operations Manager - Hotels, Vacation Rentals

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Western Trust Regional Operations Manager is responsible for leading hospitality operations- including owner services, guest services, housekeeping and facilities management- in current and future markets in the United States. Current markets include Park City, UT, Aspen, CO, Jackson, WY and South Padre Island & Galveston, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initially, Employee and Company have identified the following duties and responsibilities:

Oversee Hospitality business operations, including;
Guest Services
Owner Relations
Employee and Leader engagement
Technology Implementation
Best Practice Standardization
Contracts and Compliance
Collaborate with the leader for the Operations Team in multiple US locations. Supporting with:
Issue escalation, troubleshooting and resolution
Coaching and training of Operations Team members
Hold regular meetings with and make periodic visits to each operational market location
Work closely with the other Regional Operations Managers and the Director of Hospitality
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Responsible for developing and reviewing operational systems
Ensure that company policy, protocols, and standards are followed
Analyze company data and look for ways to improve efficiencies
Develop and implement best practices, SOPs and a performance/operation metrics system
Support growth and expansion in existing markets or entry into new markets
Other duties as reasonably assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a General Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President, or a similarly relevant role
Varied experiences and responsibilities in Operations, Finance, and Human Resources are strongly preferred
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure, strong technology, and computer skills, including excel, word, google docs skills; able to learn new systems and applications quickly
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams and drive change
Excellent interpersonal skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Previous experience in vacation rentals or the hospitality industry is strongly desired
Experience building and leading high-performing teams, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent required
Computer literate and able to use web-based apps
Ability to work with an extremely fast pace growing company with aggressive growth goals year over year
Understanding of and ability to create healthy organizational culture is required
Must be able to travel
A relentless focus on delivering the highest level of service to rental guests and homeowners
Demonstrate the ability to grow and learn quickly and the potential to assume a high-level executive role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
