Title: Field Supervisor

• Location: Houston, TX
• Pay: $20 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Must possess a valid level 3 guard card

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and passenger safety, enforcing policies, and the development of CGS guards. Supervisors will cover multiple sites throughout the Houston Area and report directly to the Director of Operations but will also follow any request from other members of management.

Roles and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Supervisors must keep in mind the CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to effectively meet their needs.
• Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and if need be partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
• Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Supervisors will work closely with their Director or Operations and Vice President of Operations.
• Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years supervisory experience
• Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience is not required but is a plus
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)
• Level 3 Armed Guard card REQUIRED
• Customer service experience is a plus
