We are an entrepreneurial immigration law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced billing and collections assistant to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help our clients.
The mission of the firm is keeping immigrant families together and helping people with humanitarian reasons to remain in the United States.
This position will be responsible for important work, including:

• Communicating with clients about billing matters
• Creating invoices for legal services
• Retaining new clients under attorney supervision

• You are self-motivated and a quick learner
• You have customer service experience

This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, you must be able to work *in the office* for 40 hours per week during your probationary period. After that, there may be opportunities for a hybrid schedule.
Compensation is $25 per hour
