Shady Grove Medical Center Adventist Health Care seeks to hire an experienced storeroom clerk for our Food & Nutrition Services Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Storeroom clerk you will:

• Identifies, picks, and distributes inventoried stock items to maintain par levels for assigned departments.
• Restocks floor shelving, fills orders and responds to requests for supplies.
• Knows where all items are kept in the Storeroom and is able to help customers find requested items.
• Interacts with external and internal customers for supply needs on phone, throughout hospital and in the storeroom.
• Helps keep storeroom clean and organized.
• Ensures supplies delivered in timely and accurate manner.
• Performs duties as assigned.
• Distributes nonstock deliveries as needed.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
