I. What you’ll do

• Track the sales pipeline and business growth with the regional sales team and business development.
• Responsible for Revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams/partners to expand partnerships and convert potential customers into deals and clients.
• Create monthly reports to monitor ongoing processes and growth.
• Assist the BD team in day-to-day operations, including research, trend analysis, marketing, and sales activities.
• Prepare sales materials and presentations for meetings, events, and customer interactions.
• Accompany with the presales team in consulting with customers, creating quotations, proposals, and other materials to increase win chances.
• Head up the business development process, ensuring timely proposal submissions.
• Contribute to lead generation; experience with sales tools and Linked In for prospecting is preferred.
• Handle legal paperwork to ensure compliance with all necessary requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

II. What you’ll bring

• At least 3 years of experience in BD, Sales or AM, including 1 year in IT Outsourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, MIS, or related fields.
• Understanding of various outsourcing models and the ability to recommend the most suitable for clients.
• Proven success in closing deals in the IT outsourcing industry.
• Familiarity with the United States and other English-speaking markets' characteristics and culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with initiative and self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
