• Execute accounting, cash/bank payments for Lam Dong branch according to procedures and Chief Accountant guidelines in order to support the Finance Department at Long Thanh-Dong Nai.
• Verify and execute all cost/payment of Sustainability Department. according to sustainability procedures and Sustainability Manager's guidelines in order to support the Sustainability Department.
• Execute payments in cash (daily/monthly expenses, stationery, minor expenses among others) to meet payment requirements.
• Perform daily coffee payments to suppliers in order to have payments on time and accuracy.
• Verify and enter all Sustainability costs into the system to have data updated for cost-controlling purposes.
• Verify and enter all accounting transactions to SUN system.
• Elaborate payment reports in order to set up the daily required controls.
• Register cash/bank payments in the system to have data updated.
• Control the petty cash to guarantee zero mistakes.

• University or college in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Language: Vietnamese
