• Work directly with manager/clients to understand the manager/client’s need and requirements, analyse then provide effective solution to manager/clients.
• Create and maintain feature analysis/specification documents then transfer them to the development team.
• Act as the main point of contact between the manager/ clients and the devlopment team, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the solution meets the manager/client’s requirements.
• Involve in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that final products align with manger/client’s goal.
• Monitor the success of implemented solutions and suggest ongoing improvements
• Assist in training end-users and creating user manuals if required.
• Other tasks asissigned by BOD

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Have 2+ years of experiences in the same role for services businesses preferably finance, e-commerce and online businesses
• English communication skills (both verbal & written) and strong presentation capabilities
• Having experience in Web and Mobile Application Project
• Understand of Web development
• Experience on relational database concepts and SQL queries
• Understanding of software development processes
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
