• English: Good communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Japanese: Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on software system design.
• Experience working with ERP systems or logistics management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, talkative person
• Prior experience supporting sales is a plus
