As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Analysing business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  
• Identifying areas for operational improvement and optimization, developing strategies and recommendations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  
• Developing financial models and conducting scenario analysis to evaluate business initiatives and assess their financial impact.
  
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  
• Providing project management support for strategic initiatives, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating business processes and performance, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
