Channel Sales Manager

We are a reputable international company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial tools and equipment. With a strong presence in the global market, we are expanding our operations in Vietnam and are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing our business, managing channels, and identifying project opportunities mainly within the manufacturing segments and mining industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective lead generation, negotiation, and closure of deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to monitor and evaluate performance against targets.
- Continuously update product knowledge, stay abreast of industry trends to effectively position, and differentiate our offerings in the market.

Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market to promote our range of industrial tools and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including manufacturers and mining companies, to understand their needs and position our products and services accordingly.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas within the manufacturing segments and mining industry.
- Develop strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.

Channel Management:
- Manage existing distribution channels and identify potential partners to strengthen our market presence.
- Train and educate channel partners on our products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our tools.
- Monitor channel performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.

Project Opportunity Identification:
- Proactively identify project opportunities within the manufacturing segments and mining industry.
- Collaborate with the team to provide technical support and product recommendations for potential projects.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial tools or equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing segments and mining industry in Vietnam.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
