(Mức lương: 30 - 40 triệu VNĐ) 1. Responsible for the development and management of offline channels for the company's brand products in Southeast Asia (priority to Vietnam). Responsible for regional business achievement. According to the company's overall strategy and market conditions, formulate sales strategies and plans, and organize their implementation to achieve sales target.
2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of dealer customers: expand sales channels and build a complete channel system covering distributors and offline retailers: Priority will be given to those with successful experience in overseas market brands;
3. Explore the franchise system, sort out the overall plan for the franchise business and promote it.
4. Responsible for business negotiations with channel customers; market research and formulation of strategies; and management of channel new product release and promotion;
5. Maintain relationships with old customers and develop new customers and new markets. Develop sales expense budget
Calculate, control sales costs and increase sales profits;

Yêu cầu công việc:
1. More than 3 years of experience in offline sales channel management of Vietnamese brands, preference is given to daily chemical industry;
2. Be familiar with Vietnam and other Southeast Asian markets, regulations and related policies;
3. Have a keen sense of the market and the ability to grasp market dynamics and market directions.
Ability to organize market development work independently;
4. Permanent in Ho Chi Minh City;
5. Chinese or English can be used as the common language for daily work.
