• In absence of Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

Khi không có mặt trưởng bộ phận, tiến hành họp tổ để đảm bảo các hoạt động diễn ra trôi chảy

• Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the following dishes:

o Bakery products: Bread, croissants, rolls, toasts …
Chuẩn bị, thực hiện, phục vụ và bảo quản các sản phẩm bánh mì, Croissant, bánh gối, v.v…

• Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers

Giao tiếp lịch sự và thể hiện sự lịch thiệp với khách hàng và đồng nghiệp

• Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards

Đưa ra chỉ dẫn cho cấp dưới bao gồm: phụ bếp, bếp phó, nhân viên tạp vụ

• Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information

Trao đổi với cấp trên các khó khăn, các ý kiến của khách hàng hoặc đồng nghiệp và các thông tin liên quan

• Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships

Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ làm việc hiệu quả với đồng nghiệp

• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled

Tham dự đầy đủ các buổi họp bộ phận và các buổi họp khác

• Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled

Tham dự đầy đủ các buổi đào tạo

• Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service

Chuẩn bị trước đồ ăn, đồ uống, nguyên liệu, thiết bị cần thiết cho dịch vụ

• Cleans and re-sets his/her working area

Làm sạch và duy trì trật tự trong khu vực làm việc

• Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:

o House Rules and Regulation
o Health and Safety
o Grooming
o Quality
o Hygiene and Cleanliness

• Works with Supervisor in manpower planning and management needs

Kết hợp cùng quản lí trong việc lên kế hoạch về nhân sự và quản lý nhân sự

• Works with Supervisor in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget

Kết hợp cùng quản lý để thiết lập và quản lý ngân sách bộ phận

Required Skills –

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Có khả năng giao tiếp với khách hang, đồng nghiệp và bên thứ 3 thể hiện rõ phong cách và đặc trưng thương hiệu, khách sạn và công ty

• Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

Đủ điều kiện sức khỏe để làm việc chế biến đồ ăn theo qui định của nhà nước

• Problem solving and training abilities, Leadership skills

Kĩ năng giải quyết vấn đề, kĩ năng đào tạo, kĩ năng lãnh đạo
Qualifications –

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.

Có bằng nghề Bếp
Experience –

• 2 years experience as a cook or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm từ demi chef de partie trở lên
