MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Oversee the planning and execution of events, including meetings, weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings, ensuring all details align with client expectations and hotel standards.
Meet with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budgets, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to ensure successful events
Generate leads and secure event bookings by effectively promoting the hotel’s event spaces and services. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with various departments, such as Catering, Banqueting, Operations, Audio-Visual, and Housekeeping, to ensure smooth execution of events and maintain high service standards.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maximizing profitability for the hotel.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Conduct site inspections for prospective clients and prepare comprehensive event proposals that showcase the hotel’s facilities and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event planners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty manner and respect the same-day response procedures.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients, assess the success of events, and identify areas for improvement for future bookings.
Monitor sales performance and event metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on progress toward revenue goals and market trends.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and event planners.
Mentor and support junior team members or sales coordinators within the events team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Minimum education of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
At least 5 years of experience in event sales or a related role within the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position, preferably at a luxury or 5-star hotel.
Strong knowledge of event sales, including corporate events, weddings, banquets, and social gatherings.
Familiarity with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and event planning processes, from initial inquiry to final execution.
In-depth understanding of the luxury hotel market, competitor events, and client expectations, enabling the development of unique and competitive event offerings
Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate event contracts, and close sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in managing budgets and optimizing event profitability while maintaining the hotel’s standards of luxury and service
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in using CRM systems and event management software to track leads, contracts, and sales progress.
