To succeed in this role, you should have excellent talent sourcing skill, time management and communication skills.
Role Overview:
The Head of Sales Capability & Recruitment will lead the development and implementation of sales training programs while managing recruitment strategies to enhance overall sales effectiveness within the organization. This role requires close collaboration with the Chairman to formulate a Sales Competency Framework that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development:
- Sales Training Development:

- Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs based on the Sales Capability Framework.
- Create training content and materials that address the skills, qualities, and track records necessary for successful sales performance.

Sales Orientation:
- Develop and execute a Sales Orientation program for new hires to ensure they understand the company's sales methodologies and expectations.
- Conduct training sessions to equip potential sales team members with the skills needed to advance to Sales Leaders.

Leadership Collaboration:
- Work directly with the Chairman to formulate the Sales Competency Framework that drives business growth year-to-date.
- Partner closely with the sales team to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team to enhance their performance and drive revenue growth.

Sales Capability Assessment:
- Evaluate the current sales teams capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish benchmarks for sales performance and develop strategies to achieve those targets.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on sales trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
- Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with Chairman to develop & execute a recruitment strategy that attracts top sales talent.
- Define the skills and qualities required for various sales roles to ensure the recruitment process aligns with the companys sales objectives.
- Maintain a strong network of high-level sales professionals with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly focused on high-society customers.
- 5+ years in a managerial sales training position, preferably within the above industries.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the nightlife, lifestyle, hospitality, or insurance industry.
- Strong track record in partnering with Head of Sales in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and training effectiveness.
