You will have an opportunity to support:

• Labor Due Diligence Labor and Employment program
• Discipline Management Process
• Revise Labor Regulation and relevant procedures
• Support for specific projects in labor relations

REQUIREMENTS
Functional knowledge required:

• Background in law (preferred on labor, civil law)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understand about employee cycle and HR processes

Skills needed:

• Learning Agility.
• Effective communication and presentation in both Vietnamese & English.
• Strong problem analysis & logical thinking skill.
• Good writing skill.
