JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support to Execute, monitor, and evaluate Learning & Development programs
• Take part in people development projects (e-Learning, coaching, learn and share sessions, etc.)
• Implement and follow up development plan for employees (PDP).
• Support to foster a learning culture through knowledge-sharing initiatives, cross-functional collaboration programs, etc
• Other Learning support activities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Functional knowledge required:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• Master Microsoft office software usage (Power point, word, excel etc)
• Good English

• Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with stakeholders
• Eager to learn with a growth mindset
• Quickly adapt with new work environment
• Proactive and responsible to make things done
