Main SOW of receptionist

• Welcoming guests/visitors to the showroom and giving directions to them as requested
  
• Maintain safe, neat and clean reception area and cars displayed
  
• Collect, note down visitors’ opinions daily
  
• Summarize of daily visitors’ information
  
• Introducing/providing basic information about Isuzu, Isuzu’s products as provided by IVC for the visitors
  
• Assist on paperwork, other documents under IVC’s direct assignment

Requirements

• High school degree or higher,
  
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Services or similar roles
  
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
• Good listening, questioning and presentation skills.
  
• Know basic data analyss, able to write documents/ letters, read comprehension and properly implement the processes and related work instruction.
  
• Good verbal communication English
