Job Description:
Digi Source’s client, Seatincom, a marketing services company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist.
Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment for non-tech positions across Vietnam and Asia, consisting of 80% Marketing, Sales (Business Development), Customer Services, and 20% Back Office (HR, Legal, Accounting, etc.).

• Receive recruitment requests from departments, work directly with hiring managers to clarify job descriptions and understand the insights of each role to identify the right candidate profile.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for difficult or specialized positions.
• Post job ads on free/paid platforms.
• Use tools to track progress, provide candidate feedback, and maintain information throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and participate in interviews with hiring managers.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment decisions.
• Negotiate job offers with candidates.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to support candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Promote internal communications to increase the number of internal candidates.
• Provide regular recruitment progress reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead/Talent Acquisition Manager weekly or as requested.
• Online: Design and create employer branding content related to job openings, people, culture, company activities, and news for social channels (Fanpage, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.) suitable for the target candidate audience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Human Resources Management, Foreign Languages, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with preference for candidates with experience in internal recruitment for finance, insurance, real estate, or agency headhunting.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels and developing a personal network.
• Knowledge and experience in candidate interviewing and competency evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in design tools relevant to the job.
• Fluent English.
• A quick, agile, proactive, hardworking, and enthusiastic personality.
• Preference for candidates with headhunting agency experience.
• Ability to build a diverse recruitment network.
• Skills in writing and creating diverse content (short-form, long-form, short clips, etc.).
• Understanding of basic design principles.
• Experience using recruitment software/ATS.
