Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The role focuses on improving our website's search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and enhancing overall visibility.
Working Conditions

• 100% remote via Zoom | Zoom meetings required during work hours.
• 40 hours per week
• Working Hours (Vietnam Time): Monday: 9PM - 1AM; Tuesday to Friday: 9AM - 1PM & 9PM - 1AM; Saturday: 9AM - 1PM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Resolve technical SEO issues and improve site performance.
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content.
• Build backlinks and execute link-building strategies.
• Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and current SEO trends.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent Vietnamese and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.
