Duties:
- Receive, enter and process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile payments and invoices with bank transactions.
- Track expenses and income figures.
- Provide financial reports to management.
- Assist with management of timesheet and wages documents.
- Answer phone calls from customers and suppliers.
- Comply with WHS at all times.
- Other general administrative and clerical duties.
- AFQ Certificate II or Certificate III, or at least one year of full-time experience as an Accounts Clerk.
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- High level of computer literacy.
- High level of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Clean police record.
· Police check may be required.
· Pre-start medical testing may be required.
· Kununurra is a remote area with an extreme climate.
· The employer may conduct random drug and alcohol testing.
