Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support? Sheoak Lodge Aged Care Facility is looking for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our warm and caring team!
About the Role: As an Administration Officer at Sheoak Lodge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help us maintain the highest standards of service for our residents. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will manage administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality, keeping our operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise and manage administrative tasks to ensure effective workflow and adherence to established routines.
• Provide administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility.
• Maintain attention to detail and uphold client confidentiality at all times.
• Implement and follow established procedures to support the day-to-day operations of Sheoak Lodge.

Applicant Information

This is a part time vacancy working 37.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
