- Salary $84,870 - $107,279 p.a. (pro rata) RN2C | Multiple Part and Full-Time Ongoing Contracts
- Positions working Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive clinical care coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between patients, clinicians, and community stakeholders.
- Develop diverse professional portfolios: Gain experience in depot and clozapine clinics, supporting consumer fitness groups, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.
- Conduct thorough assessments: Utilise your expertise to perform mental health and psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Support team leadership: Collaborate with the Team Manager to contribute to a cohesive and efficient team environment.
- Contribute to quality improvement: Engage in clinical auditing, research, and evaluation initiatives to continuously improve patient care outcomes and service delivery.
- Engaging and diverse clinical portfolios: Gain experience in various settings and interventions.
- Collaborative and supportive team environment: Work alongside experienced professionals dedicated to client well-being.

- You are a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate.
- You are Enrolled in an approved mental health course or qualification in mental health practice.
- You have demonstrated clinical expertise and experience in mental health services.
- You have strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
