Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of the Waste Services Team you will support the team performance with various admin tasks.
The Admin Officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Handle office tasks and other duties that support business operations
- Phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain database and data entry tasks
- May be involved in onboarding and orientation for new starters in the Client's office
- Previous 6-month experience in Administration or Reception
- Experience in a high paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- Must have a valid working rights and willing to undergo a Police Check
