Step into a vital role as our Outpatient Administrative Officer in Allied Health, where your organisational skills and teamwork spirit will shine! You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless coordination and operation of our outpatient services. With a focus on delivering timely and accurate administrative support, you'll be the friendly face for our outpatients and their families, responding to enquiries and enhancing their experience. Your contributions will directly support our clinical staff, helping them to focus on what they do best—caring for our patients.

About You
We're looking for a dedicated Outpatient Administrative Officer who embodies professionalism and a commitment to excellent patient care. If you have a passion for teamwork and a knack for effective communication, you'll thrive in this role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Proven ability to work independently under pressure, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a desire to develop practical procedures and adapt to new information and changes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of confidentiality and customer service principles in a clinical environment.
