You will provide quality client care under the delegation of the OT team to support positive client outcomes. You will work with clients directly within their homes and community as well as supporting administrative components of the service. Supervision is provided and opportunities for professional development and quality improvement involvement are available. The AHA team actively participate in and contribute to unit activities. Provide safe, evidence based, person centred care and supports under supervision and delegation of OT's. Nonclinical support to OT team/department Participate in supervision of Allied Health Assistant students as required.What you’ll bring
