Business Administration Support

The key responsibility of this position is to provide full administrative support including:
- First point of customer contact for general enquiries - via phone and website
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting with the compilation and generation of regular reports
- Providing support to all clients
- Ensure tasks are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for keeping inventory of internal and external office supplies replenished
- Provide additional administrative support for other areas of the business as requested by line manager
- Loading of Pre-construction Termite Protection jobs
- Planning Technicians to install Pre Construction Termite Protection
- Quoting of Pre Construction Termite Protection
- Producing and issuing Pre Construction Termite Protection installation certificates & warranties documents
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Valid Australian working rights and residing in Australia (essential)
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Availability to work full-time (essential)
- Experience in the construction and pest control industries is valued but not essential
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills (written and verbal)
- Adhere to business procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business and clientele
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate across multiple databases
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Data entry accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a pressured environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
The successful candidate must be able to undergo a pre-employment medical, police, and reference checks.
