Due to recent significant growth, we are looking for a Business Administration Support person to work at the Ormeau office.
Our company installs, repairs, and maintains interactive screens for a variety of market sectors, from Education to Corporate and special events.
As a Business Administration Support person, we are looking for highly motivated candidates with either on-the-job skills or are willing to learn.
Some of the key functions of this role.
· Answering queries from clients, technicians and general enquiries.
· Support the Project Co-ordinator in planning the work for the technicians
· Checking of Technicians' time sheets
· Supporting the Senior Managers.
The job will be ideally Monday to Friday. The exact hours are open to discussion.
The job will initially be casual, with the genuine prospect of this becoming a permanent position.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $31.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
