ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting time for us, as we have created a brand-new position for a Business Analyst (HRIS) within our Technology Department. You will support the transformation of the current HRIS technology and practices through the implementation of a new system, enabling flexible ways of working, bringing innovation and a new way of working for Australian Cricket.
If you consider yourself having a good understanding of HR processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to support the successful deployment of the new system, we want to hear from you. We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.
Reporting to the Product Manager, Talent you’ll be responsible for:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements for the new HRIS

• Supporting the analysis of current HR processes and identifying areas for improvement and automation

• Assisting in the configuration and deployment of the new HRIS

• Completing testing and end to end system validation as required

• Providing training and support to end users to ensure a smooth adoption of the new HRIS

• Preparing end user training guides, collating existing resources and creating new guides for future ways of working

• Collaborating with vendors, internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant tertiary qualifications: Business, Human Resources or equivalent industry experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst, including configuring, testing and supporting HRIS implementation projects

• Exposure to HRIS software either implementing or supporting (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM) would be an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail

• Strong stakeholder relationships and comfortable having courageous conversations
