As the Business Coordinator, your role will be as your title suggests, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our newest office based in Canberra including being the key point of contact between our finance team, payroll team and government officials.
How will you contribute?
~ Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting for my clients Australian operation
~ Work closely with the finance team to manage financial expenditure
~ Key contact for banking organisations to support the case management team with money transfers and maintaining accurate records
~ Collating the information required for payroll to facilitate the payment of salaries
~ Tracking site based continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives
~ Support the Contact Manager in the coordination of the necessary approval papers to support business growth and renewals as required from time to time
~ Support the finance team with the preparation of annual budgets and customer forecasts
~ Management of the Canberra office including liaising with the landlord, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ensuring local work health and safety policies and procedure are maintained and adhered to
