Position: Business Development Manager /Sales Manager
Location: Flexible working arrangement, with occasional office visits in Sydney
Employment Type: Contract or Commission-Based (Negotiable based on experience and situation)
Work Authorisation: Must have the right to work in Australia
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Developer or Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales, wholesale fashion, and business development. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and expanding the reach of our brand. If you have a broad network, excel at sales strategy, and are an expert negotiator, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with new wholesale partners and retailers.
- Leverage your industry connections to maximize sales opportunities and expand our brand presence locally and internationally.
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on market data and trends.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Represent Linore Collective with professionalism and align with our brand’s vision and values.
- Proven experience in sales development or sales management within the fashion or wholesale industry.
- Strong B2B sales expertise with an established network of contacts in fashion retail.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, with accountability and a results-driven approach.
- Flexible working arrangement, with the ability to work remotely while maintaining strong communication and sales goals.
- Must have the right to work in Australia and be available for visits to our Sydney office.

Pay: $49,746.95 – $113,818.77 per year
