The Role
Mycarehub seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for cultivating new leads, managing customer relations, and steering the growth of our client base in the NDIS/Disability sector. Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving organisational growth objectives by spearheading targeted initiatives in our key market. This role is integral to our expansion efforts and requires a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of the market landscape and a strategic approach to achieving organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include:

• Possessing a thorough understanding of the NDIS framework and unique needs of individuals with disabilities
• Collaborating in the development and execution of sales strategies, utilizing data analysis to refine marketing approaches
• Contributing to the creation and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy encompassing prospecting, lead generation, and proficient sales closures
• Compiling and managing client information within a CRM database
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and new business opportunities
• Assisting in the drafting of business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other necessary documents
• Effectively communicating technical and product knowledge with confidence
• Meeting and liaising with support coordinators and other allied health care professionals
• Managing and participating in industry events, expos, conference stands, and meetings as required

Qualifications and Experience
We are seeking a driven and passionate individual with the ability to work autonomously, yet collaborate effectively when necessary to align with business processes and organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field highly desirable
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field is preferred
• Previous experience in NDIS/Disability/Community business development management, demonstrating the ability to establish robust business relationships
• Strong commitment to working with people with disabilities
• Highly desirable experience in the NDIS sector
• Proven sales experience
• Exceptional record-keeping skills with a disciplined approach to follow-up for relationship fostering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite tools and software
