Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Property Manager/Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring top-tier service for our clients, while driving business growth through the acquisition and retention of new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management:

• Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.
• Perform regular property inspections, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, address issues quickly, and foster positive tenant relationships.
• Draft and execute tenancy agreements, manage lease renewals, and ensure timely rent collection.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our property management portfolio.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
• Create and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities through market research.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and community functions to promote our services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management, ideally within Melbourne’s western suburbs.
• In-depth knowledge of residential property management practices, regulations, and principles.
• Strong learning aptitude and adaptability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver’s license.

Pay: $53,177.51 – $75,000.00 per year
