Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to step in to the management of our WA business for a 12 month period.
As the Business Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the financial performance of the business unit.
• Lead, supervise and coach your team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities, policies and processes.
• Local customer management and business development activities
• Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios at business unit level.
• Oversee recruitment and selection and on boarding of new team members.
• Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance in order to meet state benchmarks.
• Manage expenditure within budget and in accordance with delegations.
• Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and encourage and foster this focus organisation wide.

Qualifications
Experience you will bring to the team:

• An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
• The ability to engage with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients and stakeholders in their recovery and return to work journey
• A passion for empowering people to achieve their health and wellness goals
• A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence needed)
• Qualifications and relevant registration in any of the following:
  • Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
• Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
• Current or able to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
