Swan Brothers have an opportunity for a dynamic Business Manager to lead our business operations and keep us organised.
Responsible for all our management systems, this new, full-time role will suit someone comfortable with technology and who loves data and people.
The Job
The Business Manager will be responsible for:

• Systems operations and management, namely all our critical operational, management and business systems.
• Operational data analysis. Working with our Fertiliser and Operations Manager/s, you will interrogate our data and present clear management reports.
• Stock control. You will be responsible for maintaining our stock records and real-time stock data.
• Site management. Working on-site with the full Swan Brothers team, you will take charge of all our operations, from visitors to housekeeping to repairs and records management.
• Training needs. You will identify our team's training needs, ensure the skills are delivered, and keep meticulous records.
• Monitoring performance. You will keep an eye on the big numbers for us and provide specific feedback to our team.

Pay: $80,981.20 – $120,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• business management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Xero: 1 year (Preferred)
