The Role
Join our dynamic team as Claims and Data Officer (C&DO) and play a pivotal role in delivering best practice claims management and return-to-work services to regional local health networks (LHNs). The C&DO role is significant in ensuring our services are equitable, efficient, cost-effective, and in line with the Return-to-Work Act, 2014.
You will respond to calls to the regional LHN work-related injury reporting line. You will provide fast and accurate data entry for the loading of claims and payment of accounts.

This is a part time vacancy working 30 hours per fortnight. Salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.

The Rural Support Service
Being a member of the Rural Support Service (RSS), you will be supported both personally and professionally, can take advantage of education and training opportunities, will have access to flexible working hours and be part of an inter-professional approach to holistic health care.
The Rural Support Service is a business unit in SA Health that provides flexible, responsive and innovative services to support the six regional local health networks across South Australia.
The RSS is spread across regional and metro SA operating in a client-centred model, providing leadership and expertise in digital health and innovation, regional health and wellbeing services, regional workforce planning and development, business services and state-wide clinical services.
